The Visionary's mind is a superpower for growth, but it is a wrecking ball for meeting discipline. As the Integrator and facilitator, you must protect the team's ninety minutes from being hijacked by the Visionary's latest brainstorm. This requires clear boundaries and absolute consistency.

- First, you must have a private, candid conversation with the Visionary outside of the meeting. Remind them that the Level 10 Meeting™ is designed to run the business, not to brainstorm new ventures. Get their buy-in on the structure and remind them that their compliance sets the tone for the entire company.
- Second, use the Issues List as your shield. When the Visionary interrupts with an off-agenda topic, immediately stop them and say that you are dropping it to the Issues List. Do not let them explain it. Drop it to the bottom of the list. If it is truly important, the team will prioritize it during IDS®.
- Third, if they continue to override you, call it out in real time. Tell them their behavior is breaking the meeting pulse.

A strong Integrator must be willing to hold the Visionary accountable to the same standards as everyone else in the room.
