When the conversation starts to drift into irrelevant details or personal gripes, I will redirect you back to the issue at hand. We use the IDS® process to identify, discuss, and solve issues systematically. This means we do not leave the room until we have a clear, actionable solution for every critical issue on our list. Every single decision we make is documented with a clear owner and a specific deadline. You will leave the session day with a crystal clear, aligned plan for the next ninety days.
