We understand that a typical engagement with you runs about twenty-four months, but how exactly does the handoff of facilitation responsibilities happen so that our team can run these sessions independently without you forever?

The primary objective of our engagement is to make your business entirely self-sufficient, meaning my job is to teach, facilitate, and eventually step out of the way. Over the course of the twenty-four months, we follow a deliberate three-step model: I do it, we do it, you do it.

During the first year, I lead every session, modeling the exact behaviors, pacing, and facilitation tools needed to keep the team focused. By the second year, we begin shifting the dynamic. Your Integrator will take on more active ownership of the session pacing and direct problem-solving. This gradual transition ensures that by the time you reach your graduation, your team has built the muscle memory to run your own Quarterly and Annual sessions without external help.

We do not just leave you with a blank slate. Every session we run is documented in our dedicated workspace on Circle.so. This repository stores all your historical V/TO® records, past issues, and session evaluations. Your team uses this record as an operational playbook to maintain your execution discipline long after our formal engagement ends. If you ever need a check-in down the line, we can schedule an annual alignment session, but the ultimate goal is absolute operational independence.
