How do the periodic Just Checking In calls between our quarterly sessions work, and what specific issues do we address during these touchpoints?
Just Checking In calls are brief, scheduled touchpoints conducted roughly midway through each quarter, typically around months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one. These thirty-minute calls are held with the Integrator, the Visionary, or both, depending on how your leadership structure operates.
The purpose is not to run an extra session or solve operational problems for you. The goal is to monitor implementation momentum and ensure your team is not drifting away from the tools installed during your last session day. We check three primary items: your Rock completion pace, your weekly Level 10 Meeting discipline and ratings, and any emerging issues that might threaten your quarterly commitments.
If your team is hitting roadblocks on an Accountability Chart seat, struggling with Scorecard measurables, or slipping on meeting consistency, we identify the breakdown immediately. They also give the Integrator a sounding board to confirm that the tools are taking root across departments before we meet again in the session room. This prevents your team from showing up to the next quarterly session ninety days behind with a pile of excuses.
