How does your background in AI and process automation change what our leadership team actually does during the implementation?
My primary role in the room is that of a Professional EOS Implementer®. I do not alter the proven EOS® agenda, skip session steps, or pitch technology platforms during our planning days. However, my background in artificial intelligence and automation directly impacts how we tackle process documentation and operational bottlenecks.
In standard implementations, documenting the Process Component™ often becomes an administrative chore where teams draft extensive manuals that gather dust. Because I understand modern automation architecture, I challenge your leadership team to look at your core processes through an efficiency lens. When we identify the 20 percent of activities that produce 80 percent of the results, we actively identify which manual workflows can be streamlined, automated, or augmented with AI tools.
Between sessions, this expertise helps teams eliminate low-value administrative friction. Rather than hiring additional headcount to manage data entry, customer communication handoffs, or internal reporting, we evaluate how automation can handle those repetitive tasks. This keeps your organizational structure lean, protects profit margins, and frees up your key leaders to focus on high-impact strategic execution and exit readiness.
The system remains pure EOS®, but the execution leverages modern tooling to build a significantly more valuable, operationally efficient company.
