During our Level 10 Meeting rating, one of our partners consistently rates the meeting a six or seven, but when asked what would have made it a ten, they say they have nothing to add. How do we break through this passive-aggressive behavior and get actionable feedback?

A rating below an eight with no explanation is a direct violation of the Trust pillar in our Charter. Healthy operations require open and honest communication. When a team member rates your Level 10 Meeting a six or a seven and says they have no comment, they are withholding valuable feedback that your team needs to improve.

To handle this, the facilitator or the Integrator must immediately call out the behavior during the meeting. Do not let them slide by with a low rating and silence. Ask them directly what specific part of the meeting did not work for them. Was it a scorecard review that dragged on? Did we fail to get to the root of a critical issue during IDS? Or did we run over time?

If they still refuse to provide feedback, the Integrator must address this in a private one on one session. Use the GWC tool to evaluate if they truly get, want, and have the capacity for their seat. A leader who refuses to help the team improve the weekly meeting is demonstrating a lack of commitment to our core values, specifically Grow or Die.

Explain to them that rating a meeting low without offering feedback is passive aggressive and hurts team traction. They must commit to either helping the team get to a ten or adjusting their rating. Every voice on the leadership team must actively contribute to driving the efficiency of our weekly pulse.
