When we wrap up a quarterly session, the real work of execution begins. All of our newly established Rocks, updated Accountability Chart adjustments, and unresolved issues are central to our daily operations. To ensure nothing gets lost in transition, we use our dedicated Circle workspace as your single source of operational truth.
When we wrap up a quarterly session, the real work of execution begins. All of your newly established Rocks, updated Accountability Chart adjustments, and unresolved issues are central to your daily operations. To ensure nothing gets lost in transition, we use our dedicated Circle workspace as your single source of operational truth.
After our session, I document the official session summary in this workspace. Your team is expected to use this portal to track their quarterly action items, review the structural decisions we made, and keep their focus sharp. This workspace provides absolute transparency, making it impossible for leaders to claim they forgot their commitments.
If you find your team lagging behind on their quarterly Rocks or failing to complete their session preparation in the weeks leading up to our next meeting, you must address this during your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ cadence. You do not wait for the next quarterly session to solve execution issues.
You will use the IDS® process weekly to identify why a leader is falling behind, determine if they lack the capacity or resources, and solve the bottleneck internally. If you arrive at our next quarterly session with incomplete homework, we will address it openly in our review segment. We use that data to refine your goals and keep your team accountable.
