What specific homework and documentation are our leaders expected to complete between sessions, and how much weekly time does this require outside of our regular jobs?

Between session days, your leadership team should budget between two and four hours per week for EOS® disciplines outside of regular operational duties. Execution does not happen during our quarterly off-site days. The session days are where we set clarity; the real work happens in the ninety days between them.

Your primary weekly commitment is the ninety-minute Level 10 Meeting™. This meeting must occur every single week at the same time, without exception. Outside of that meeting, each leader is responsible for executing their individual quarterly Rocks, which generally requires one to three hours of focused work weekly depending on the specific project milestone.

Between sessions, you will also complete specific homework items assigned at the end of each session day. In the first year, this includes:
- Documenting your Core Processes using the 20/80 rule
- Rolling out the Scorecard and Level 10 Meeting™ structure to your frontline departments
- Reviewing organizational accountability using the People Analyzer®
- Updating session documentation and tracking tools in your dedicated Circle workspace

All session recaps, commitments, and shared materials are maintained in your Circle workspace to ensure absolute transparency. If your leadership team is already at 100 percent capacity simply handling firefighting, you must prune non-critical daily operational tasks before our engagement begins. If leaders cannot dedicate three hours weekly to working on the business, execution will stall immediately.
