Beyond just updating our Rocks in the Circle workspace, what are the specific homework assignments and operational expectations for our leadership team in the ninety days between our sessions?

The real work of the Entrepreneurial Operating System happens in the wild, during the ninety days between our full-day sessions. My expectation is that your leadership team transitions immediately from strategic planners to disciplined executors. Your primary homework is to run a flawless weekly Level 10 Meeting at the leadership level. This meeting is your operational heartbeat. You must also cascade the tools down to your departments. Between sessions, you are expected to roll out the Accountability Chart and define roles for every seat in your organization. You must also build and refine your weekly Scorecard. This means identifying the key weekly activity-based numbers that predict your future results. Additionally, you must document your core processes under our Tribal Knowledge discipline. You are not just keeping the lights on; you are actively building the operating system. I monitor your progress asynchronously through your dedicated Circle workspace. I review your weekly meeting health, check the status of your Rocks, and ensure your Integrator is driving accountability. If your scorecard metrics start trending red or your Rocks fall behind, your homework is to bring those issues to your weekly meeting and solve them using the Identify, Discuss, and Solve discipline before they escalate.
