What specific homework assignments and tool deployments are expected from our leadership team during the 30-day gaps between our initial foundational sessions?

The real work of an EOS implementation does not happen while sitting in a conference room with me. It happens in the 30-day intervals between our first three sessions: Focus Day, Vision Building Day 1, and Vision Building Day 2.

Following Focus Day, your leadership team has four non-negotiable homework requirements:
- Launching your weekly Level 10 Meeting immediately: You must hold your first meeting within seven days of Focus Day. The Integrator leads it, you follow the 90-minute agenda strictly, and you begin scoring the meeting on a 1-to-10 scale.
- Finalizing your Scorecard metrics: The numbers drafted in the room must be calculated, validated with real weekly data, and tracked live by the assigned measurables owners.
- Refining individual Rock milestones: Each leader must take their 90-day Rocks and break them down into specific action steps with clear milestone deadlines.
- Communicating seat definitions: Leaders must review the draft Accountability Chart with their direct reports to verify role clarity and surface initial capacity concerns.

Between Vision Building 1 and 2, homework shifts to the V/TO. Leaders review core values, core focus, and your 10-Year Target with their key team members to test for organizational clarity.

If your team shows up to the next session without having executed this work, we do not advance to new tools. We spend the first hours of the day diagnosing why the homework failed. Momentum requires doing the work in real time.
