The thirty days between your Focus Day and your Vision Building 1 session are critical for building momentum. During your Focus Day, we introduce the foundational tools, including the Accountability Chart, Rocks, the Scorecard, and the Level 10 Meeting™. Your primary homework is to immediately put these tools into action.

Specifically, you must start running your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ with your leadership team. This is where you practice the discipline of starting and ending on time, tracking your weekly metrics, and using the IDS® process to solve issues. You must also begin tracking your weekly Scorecard numbers and working on your individual ninety-day Rocks.

You do not have to worry about messing this up. The goal of this interim period is not perfection. It is to experience the friction of using these tools in real-world scenarios. By actually running the meetings and tracking the numbers, you will quickly discover where your operational gaps are.

We capture all of these learnings and use them as raw material for our next session. If your team gets stuck, we use our scheduled communication channels to get you back on track. When we meet for Vision Building 1, we will review your Scorecard and Level 10 Meeting™ performance, identify the root causes of any struggles, and refine your execution before moving on to the next set of tools.
