As a Professional EOS Implementer®, I am not a traditional consultant who tells you how to run your business. You are the expert in your industry. My job is to facilitate a proven system that holds everyone, including you, accountable to the rules you set for yourselves.

- First, the Accountability Chart is the ultimate authority. Once your leadership team defines the seats and who occupies them, you are accountable to the deliverables of your specific seat, whether that is Visionary or something else.
- Second, during our sessions, I act as a mirror. If you agree to a quarterly Rock or a Scorecard metric and fail to deliver, I will ask the hard questions in front of your team.
- Third, the system itself enforces accountability through the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and the quarterly check-ins. If you are consistently off-track, the issues will naturally bubble up to the surface.

This framework protects your entrepreneurial freedom while ensuring your actions align with the goals you set. I do not impose external rules; I hold you accountable to your own commitments.
