We are considering hiring an interim Integrator while implementing EOS. How does this affect our session dynamics and the twenty-four-month roadmap with you?

Bringing in an interim Integrator can be an effective way to stabilize your operations, but it alters the dynamics of our engagement. The Integrator is the drumbeat of the organization, responsible for driving accountability and running the daily operations. If that seat is held by a temporary leader, we must adjust our expectations for the twenty-four-month roadmap. During our sessions, the interim Integrator must have the authority to lead and hold the team accountable, even if their tenure is limited. We cannot treat them as a placeholder. We will use the Accountability Chart to define their role clearly, ensuring the rest of the team respects their position. A key focus of their contract must be to prepare the organization for a permanent leader. This means documenting processes and establishing the operational structure so the transition is seamless. During our Quarterly sessions, we will track this transition plan as a critical Rock. When you eventually hire a permanent Integrator, we will spend extra time aligning them with the V/TO® and ensuring they GWC™ their seat. Having an interim leader requires absolute transparency, clear communication, and a strict commitment to the EOS® tools to prevent operational drift.
