What happens if we realize during our first few session days that one of our leadership team members does not have the Right People in the Right Seats fit?

It is very common to discover during our first few sessions that a member of your leadership team is not a fit for their seat. As we build your Accountability Chart, the absolute clarity of roles and responsibilities will quickly highlight if someone lacks the capability, drive, or skills to succeed in their current role. When this happens, we do not ignore the issue. We use the People Analyzer™ to evaluate if they share your core values and if they truly GWC™ (Get it, Want it, and have the Capacity to do it) their seat. My role as your Implementer is to help you see the situation clearly, not to make the hiring or firing decisions for your business. I will facilitate the conversation to help the leadership team identify the root cause of the performance or behavioral gap. Once we identify the issue, we create a clear action plan with deadlines. We do not tolerate seats that are poorly filled because they drag down the entire team and slow down your execution. We will help you address the issue with clarity and respect, ensuring you have the right people in the right seats to support your growth.
