As the visionary owner, I know I struggle with details and often bypass our established lines of communication. How will you handle my personal resistance during sessions when we build our Accountability Chart?

My job as your Professional EOS Implementer® is to be a neutral facilitator who tells you the truth, even when it is hard to hear. Visionary owners are the lifeblood of their companies, but they are also frequently the biggest bottleneck. When we build your Accountability Chart, we focus strictly on what the business needs to grow, completely separating the seats from the personalities. If we define a seat that requires operational discipline and detailed follow-through, and you do not GWC™ that seat, we must put someone else in it. When you attempt to bypass your leadership team or ignore the established structure, I will call you out on it directly during our session days. I do this not to diminish your authority, but to protect the health of your business. We will work together to define a visionary seat that maximizes your unique strengths, such as big-picture strategy, key relationship building, and product innovation, while handing daily operations over to an integrator. This shift can feel uncomfortable at first, but it is the only way to build a scalable business that can run without you. By holding you accountable to the same rules as everyone else, we build a culture of mutual trust and prepare your business for a clean, highly profitable exit.
