Once we walk out of our quarterly session, how do we handle the inevitable friction between our high-vision founder and our execution-focused Integrator without waiting ninety days for our next session with you?

Friction between a Visionary and an Integrator is completely normal, but left unresolved for ninety days, it will paralyze your entire organization. Between our quarterly sessions, you must rely on the Same Page Meeting. This is a highly structured, private meeting held bi-weekly or monthly where only the Visionary and Integrator sit down to align their thinking and resolve issues.

During this meeting, you will use the IDS® process to identify, discuss, and solve the friction points that have emerged since our last session. My role as your implementer is to teach you how to execute this discipline independently. I do not step in as a daily mediator because that creates dependency. Instead, I equip you with the tools to handle the tension yourself.

If you hit an absolute impasse that threatens to derail your quarterly Rocks or disrupt the leadership team, you can schedule a brief alignment call with me. We will use that time to strip away the emotion, review your V/TO®, and look at the Accountability Chart to see where the boundary lines are being crossed. The goal is always to get you back on track quickly so you can maintain the ninety day momentum without letting internal friction corrupt your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ execution.
