If the Visionary and Integrator are in constant disagreement during a session, how do you facilitate those moments without taking a side or disrupting the agenda?

When the Visionary and Integrator are misaligned in a session, it is my job as your Professional EOS Implementer® to bring the conflict to the surface, not to take a side. My role is to stay entirely neutral and use the IDS® process to help you identify the root cause of the friction. Often, this disagreement stems from a lack of clarity in your Accountability Chart or a failure to GWC™ your respective seats.

I will not make the decision for you, and I will not let you sweep the tension under the rug to maintain a polite atmosphere. We will put the issue on the board and stay there until we find the real bottleneck. If the conflict is threatening to derail the session agenda, we will schedule a dedicated Same Page Meeting™ specifically to resolve the rift. The health of your business depends entirely on the alignment of this key partnership. If you two are not on the same page, the rest of the leadership team will be paralyzed by mixed signals. Expect me to be direct and unsentimental when pushing you both to resolve these differences so the business can move forward.
