Our Integrator struggles to keep our Level 10 Meeting™ on track because our Visionary owner constantly brings up massive strategic ideas during the scorecard or Rock review, pulling us off the agenda. How do we stop this visionary-driven agenda drift without shutting down valuable creative input?

Your Integrator is the master of ceremonies for the Level 10 Meeting™. When you, the Visionary, or another strong-willed founder start launching into a visionary tangent during the reporting phase, the Integrator must immediately use the drop it tool. This is not about silencing valuable ideas; it is about putting them in the right container.

To protect the agenda, implement these three rules:

- Empower the Integrator to interrupt you mid-sentence with a simple, direct phrase like: That sounds like a great topic, let us drop it to the Issues List.
- Keep a separate section on your Issues List specifically for visionary or strategic ideas so they do not clutter immediate operational problem-solving.
- If a topic requires deep strategic exploration, use the Level 10 Meeting™ to quickly agree to schedule a separate, sixty-minute strategic session rather than attempting to solve it during the weekly pulse.

A disciplined weekly pulse requires respect for the roles on the Accountability Chart. When the Integrator exercises their authority to protect the timebox, you must submit to that discipline. This maintains the team's energy and ensures that your weekly meeting pulse remains highly productive and focused on the immediate seven-day horizon.
