How do we handle urgent strategic decisions or sudden business threats that pop up mid-quarter without waiting for our next scheduled session day with you?

Do not wait for your next quarterly session day to resolve an active threat, and do not blow up your calendar with unstructured panic meetings. The entire purpose of running on EOS® is building the internal organizational muscle to resolve urgent issues on your own weekly cadence.

Your primary vehicle for mid-quarter strategic threats is your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. When a competitor makes a sudden move, a key client leaves, or a market regulation changes, your Integrator places it directly on your leadership team IDS® list. You use the exact same issue-solving discipline you learn in our session days: drill down to the root cause, discuss real options without finger-pointing, and assign an actionable next step with an owner and a hard due date.

If the issue represents a true structural crisis that threatens your annual targets or company direction, your Integrator or Visionary calls me directly. We run a quick coaching sound check to determine the best path forward. In almost every case, we formulate a targeted agenda for your team to run a dedicated ninety-minute internal IDS® block during the week.

If the threat involves an unexpected acquisition offer or partnership opportunity, we evaluate it through your V/TO® Core Focus™ and Step by Step Exit readiness criteria. You do not wait for the implementer to run your business, but you use the tools to make swift, unemotional decisions.
