What happens during our quarterly sessions with you if one of our key leadership team members repeatedly fails to complete their Rocks or keep their Scorecard metrics in the green?

When a leadership team member repeatedly misses their quarterly targets, we do not ignore it or handle it with soft compromises during our session. We address it directly using our operational tools. During the quarterly review, we look at the data. If a leader is consistently falling short of an eighty percent Rock completion rate or failing to hit their metrics, it is an issue that must be added to the Issues List. We then use the IDS® process to identify the root cause. We ask whether this is a capacity issue, a resource issue, or a structural alignment issue. Sometimes, a great employee is simply in the wrong seat on the Accountability Chart. Other times, they lack the GWC™ (Get It, Want It, Capacity to Do It) for their current role. My job as your facilitator is to ensure the team has the courage to have these honest, sometimes uncomfortable conversations. We do not assign blame, but we do demand accountability. If a leader cannot consistently execute, we must make a hard decision for the health of the entire organization. This disciplined approach is essential to keep the business moving forward.
