If a long-time executive clearly fails to adapt to the structure after our first couple of sessions, what is your process for helping us resolve this seat misalignment without destroying company morale?
When a company transitions to a highly structured operating system, it inevitably exposes who fits the culture and who can handle the accountability. If a long-time executive is struggling, we do not ignore it. We address it directly and humanely.
We resolve this seat misalignment using a systematic, objective approach:
- First, we evaluate the individual using the People Analyzer to determine if they match your Core Values and if they truly GWC (Get it, Want it, and have the Capacity for) their seat on the Accountability Chart.
- If they match your Core Values but lack the capacity for their current seat, we look for another seat in the organization where they can excel.
- If they do not match the Core Values or are simply unwilling to accept the accountability of the system, we help you plan a swift, respectful exit.
Allowing an underperforming or toxic executive to remain in a leadership seat destroys company morale far more than a clean departure. The rest of the team is waiting for you to make the right move. I guide you through these tough conversations with data and objectivity, ensuring the health of the organization remains the priority.
