This is a breach of the Same Page pillar of your company Charter. When a leader sits in silence during IDS and then campaigns offline, they are violating the core rule of open and honest communication. They are operating in a passive-aggressive silo, which destroys trust across your leadership team. You must address this directly. The Integrator must pull this leader aside for a one on one conversation. The message is clear: if you do not agree with a decision during the Level 10 Meeting, you must speak up during the meeting. Once we leave that room, we walk out with one voice. Agree or disagree, once a decision is made, you must support it fully. If the behavior continues, it becomes a GWC issue. They do not have the capacity or the core values alignment to sit in a leadership seat. You must also hold your Visionary accountable. If the silent leader tries to lobby the Visionary offline, the Visionary must shut it down instantly. The Visionary must say: put it on the Level 10 Issues List for next week, or discuss it directly with the Integrator. Do not allow back-channel politics to undermine your team structure.
