We have a leadership team member who is excellent at their technical job but refuses to adopt the Level 10 Meeting format or update their scorecard metrics. How do we address this systemic drag in our next session?

We do not tolerate double standards on a leadership team. If you have a high-performing technical leader who refuses to adopt the tools, update their scorecard metrics, or participate fully in the Level 10 Meeting™, they are actively undermining your leadership team health. In our next quarterly session, we will address this head-on using the People Analyzer™. We will evaluate this person against your core values and their role on the Accountability Chart. If they do not GWC™ their seat, or if their behavior is out of alignment, it becomes a structural issue that we must resolve. I will facilitate an open, honest discussion about the impact of their resistance. We will use the IDS® process to identify the root cause of their behavior. If the individual is willing to adjust, we establish clear expectations and a timeline for alignment. If they refuse to adapt, the owner and Integrator must make the hard decision to transition them out of that seat. Keeping a resistant leader on your team destroys the trust and accountability of the entire organization.
