What happens during a session day with you if one of our key executives is clearly showing resistance to the process or is not living up to our Core Values? How do you handle that real-time friction?

Real-time friction during our session days is not a distraction from the work, it is the work itself. If an executive is resisting the process or demonstrating behavior that does not align with your Core Values, I will call it out immediately and directly. We do not ignore elephant-in-the-room issues. I use your Owner's Box Charter and your established Core Values as an objective mirror to reflect the behavior back to the team.

We then use the IDS® process to identify the root cause of the resistance. Is it a cognitive style clash, a lack of trust, or a genuine misalignment with where the business is going? We address these issues openly and honestly, with love and respect, but without sugarcoating the reality. If the executive cannot or will not align with the Core Values and the team structure, we face that truth together. We follow the hire slow, fire fast philosophy, helping you make the hard people decisions necessary to protect the health of your organization. My role is to facilitate these difficult conversations so you can make clear, objective decisions.
