What happens during our sessions if we discover that a loyal, long-term employee or executive does not actually fit our Accountability Chart or cannot keep up with our growth?

It is common for our sessions to reveal that a loyal, long-term employee or even a co-founder is no longer the right fit for their seat. As your business scales and we implement a clear Accountability Chart, the performance and behavioral gaps become obvious. When this happens, we do not ignore it. We address it directly using the standard tools: GWC™ and the People Analyzer®. I will guide your team through a candid evaluation of whether the individual truly shares your core values and has the capacity to excel in their defined seat. This process can be uncomfortable, but it is necessary. My role is to facilitate this difficult conversation and prevent your team from dancing around the issue. I will not make the decision for you, but I will push you to use the IDS® process to find a resolution. We will establish a clear plan with specific milestones to help the individual succeed, or, if necessary, transition them out of the seat. Resolving these people issues is critical for your operational traction and is a primary driver of your company's value when preparing for an eventual exit.
