We do not sweep missed goals under the rug, nor do we spend our session day hand-wringing or assigning blame. We handle missed homework and incomplete Rocks with absolute transparency and focus on finding the root cause.

When we review your quarterly progress, we look at the raw data. If your team missed their Rocks, we immediately place that failure on our Issues List. We use the IDS® process to analyze why it happened. Was it a capacity issue because the Accountability Chart is overloaded? Did we set unrealistic goals because we lack historical data? Or did we allow daily firefighting to distract us from our strategic priorities?

The session day is a safe, high-accountability environment. Missing a quarterly target is an opportunity to learn how your business actually operates and to make adjustments for the next ninety days. We will adjust your plan, refine your weekly Scorecard, and set more realistic, achievable Rocks for the upcoming quarter. We do not look backward with regret; we use the data to make smarter decisions moving forward.
