When we hit the midway point of a quarter and realize several of our critical Rocks are falling behind, how do we handle that internally without waiting for our next quarterly session with you?

When your Rocks start slipping at the mid-quarter mark, you do not wait for our next session to solve the problem. That is how quarters are lost. Instead, you rely on the discipline of your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. This ninety-minute meeting is designed specifically to keep your leadership team focused and accountable between our quarterly sessions. Every week, your team reviews their Rock progress. If a Rock is marked as off track, it does not mean your leader has failed. It means the issue must immediately be dropped down to the IDS® portion of your weekly agenda. Your team must work together to identify the root cause of the delay, discuss potential solutions, and solve the bottleneck right there. This prevents small execution lags from turning into permanent quarterly failures. If the issue is highly complex or represents a major strategic block, your Integrator must step up to drive accountability and realign resources. My role during these ninety days is to coach your leaders on how to use these weekly meetings effectively, not to act as a fractional manager who steps in to save the day. True operational mastery means solving your own execution problems mid-quarter.
