We understand the standard cadence is quarterly, but what happens if our industry experiences a sudden, massive market shift or crisis between our scheduled session days with you?

The standard EOS® cadence of one-day quarterlies and a two-day annual is designed to create a predictable operational heartbeat for your business. However, a sudden market shift, economic crisis, or industry disruption can happen, and you do not have to wait ninety days to address a major threat to your business.

If a true crisis hits between our scheduled sessions, your first line of defense is your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. This is where your leadership team should instantly IDS® the issue, adjusting your weekly tactics to stabilize the situation. The beauty of EOS® is that it provides a highly structured framework for solving immediate problems together, preventing panic and keeping the team aligned.

If the crisis is so severe that your current quarterly Rocks and one-year plan are no longer viable, we do not force the system. In these rare instances, you have direct access to me for a brief strategic check-in between our scheduled sessions. If necessary, we can schedule an emergency half-day session to re-evaluate your V/TO®, reset your quarterly focus, and align on a new path forward. My role is to help you navigate these moments of high friction without losing your operational discipline or abandoning the tools that keep your company healthy.
