When an issue feels too large for a weekly meeting but cannot wait ninety days, your leadership team must resist the urge to pause and wait for our next session. In a healthy EOS company, you must build the muscle to solve major issues on your own. The correct path is to utilize your weekly Level 10 Meeting to identify and frame the issue first. If the issue is too complex to solve during your normal meeting, the Integrator should schedule a separate, focused working session for the leadership team. This is a targeted meeting, typically ninety minutes to two hours, dedicated solely to using the IDS process on that specific issue. You do not need me in the room to run this meeting. You already have the tools. You must define the issue clearly, discuss it thoroughly, and determine the exact action steps to resolve it. During this process, you can use your Circle workspace to share context, review data, and keep me informed of the situation. If your team hits a complete block and cannot reach alignment, you can leverage your direct access to me for a brief alignment call. My role is to help you clarify the issue and point you back to the right EOS tools, not to make the decision for you. This approach keeps your execution moving forward and builds your self sufficiency.
