When a leadership team member misses the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ or shows up unprepared, it is a symptom of a deeper issue that you must address immediately. They are essentially saying that their individual operational tasks are more important than the alignment and health of the entire leadership team.

First, your Integrator must have a direct conversation with this individual outside of the meeting. You need to determine if this is a GWC™ issue or a capacity issue. If they are truly too busy keeping operations afloat, their seat may be overloaded, or they may be failing to delegate.

Use the Accountability Chart to review their roles and measurables. If they GWC™ their seat but are genuinely buried, you need to solve the capacity issue, not excuse them from the meeting. The Level 10 Meeting™ is non-negotiable; it is the heartbeat of your operating system.

Remind them that the Level 10 Meeting™ actually saves time by eliminating the need for constant, ad-hoc meetings and interruptions throughout the week. If they continue to miss meetings or show up unprepared, you have a Core Values or Accountability Chart issue that must be put on the table and solved using IDS®.
