We are six months into our engagement and have realized that our current head of sales does not GWC their seat and needs to be replaced. How do you guide us through this major leadership transition during our session days without derailing our quarterly momentum?
If you realize a member of your leadership team does not GWC™ their seat or fit your core values, we address it immediately. We do not wait for the end of the year. During our quarterly session, we will use the Accountability Chart and the People Analyzer™ to clearly define the gap. I will help you design a clear, respectful plan of action to transition that person out of the seat. This often involves setting a firm timeline, identifying interim coverage for their responsibilities, and mapping out a search for their replacement. Crucially, we will restructure your temporary quarterly Rocks so the remaining team members can absorb the critical operational priorities without burning out. Making a hard people decision is always disruptive, but keeping the wrong person in a leadership seat is far more damaging to your traction. My role is to help you navigate this transition with speed and clarity so you can maintain your operational velocity and build a healthy executive team.
