What happens if our leadership team dynamic shifts because a member leaves or gets hired between our quarterly sessions?

A sudden shift in your leadership team is highly disruptive, but the system is designed to handle these changes without throwing your entire business into chaos. When a leader leaves or joins your team mid-quarter, we do not wait until our next session to react.

If a member leaves, your remaining leaders must immediately step up to fill the void. Your Integrator will temporarily reassign the open seat's core responsibilities and Rocks to other team members during your weekly Level 10 Meeting. This temporary alignment keeps your daily operations running and ensures your key priorities do not fall through the cracks.

If a new leader is hired, they must be onboarded quickly. We do not immediately change our quarterly plan to accommodate them. Instead, they observe your weekly meetings to understand your execution pace and core priorities.

During our next quarterly session, we will address the transition directly. We will update the Accountability Chart to reflect the new structure and ensure the new member fully understands and GWC's their seat. We will also use our IDS session to resolve any friction or gaps created by the transition. The structured nature of our quarterly cadence ensures that your team remains aligned and focused, regardless of any personnel changes that occur along the way.
