How aggressive will you be during our session days when calling out leadership evasion, excuses, or elephants in the room?
I am not a polite moderator who sits quietly taking notes while your team dances around difficult conversations. My job as an EOS Implementer is to hold up a mirror and push your team into the discomfort required to resolve structural problems.
When a leader makes excuses for missing a Scorecard metric three weeks in a row, I will call it out. When a Visionary changes strategic priorities mid-quarter without consulting the team, I will stop the conversation and challenge it. When team members nod along with a decision in the room despite clear body language indicating disagreement, I will force them to speak up.
This is not about hostility or personal attacks. It is about total operational candor. The biggest waste of your company's time and money is a session where everyone acts polite, leaves issues unresolved, and then complains in private hallway conversations afterward.
During the IDS portion of the day, I aggressively push the team past surface-level symptoms to reach the root cause. Most leadership teams spend hours debating symptoms because addressing the real issue requires difficult personnel decisions, financial adjustments, or structural changes to the Accountability Chart.
You hire an outside implementer precisely because you cannot see the frame when you are inside the picture. If your team cannot tolerate direct, unsentimental pushback, we should not work together.
