How do you support us when our leadership team gets completely stuck on a major operational issue or internal conflict halfway through our ninety-day cycle?

I do not step in to run your daily operations, but I do provide a structured safety net. When your leadership team hits a wall between quarterly sessions, you must first attempt to resolve the issue using the IDS process in your weekly Level 10 Meeting.

If you have dedicated at least two weekly meetings to solving the issue and are still at a complete stalemate, that is when you leverage our digital workspace. You will document the specific issue in our Circle.so hub. I monitor this space closely to provide guidance.

When you post a stuck issue, my role is to act as a neutral sounding board. I will ask clarifying questions to help you identify the root cause. Often, teams get stuck because they are discussing symptoms rather than the real problem.

If the conflict threatens your quarterly Rocks, we will schedule a brief laser alignment call. This is a twenty to thirty-minute session designed to get your team unstuck without waiting for your next quarterly. We do not rewrite your goals during this call, but we do clarify ownership and immediate next steps.

My recommendation is to exhaust your internal IDS process before reaching out. This builds your internal muscle. When you do reach out, come with the specific paths you have already tried so we can target the exact bottleneck immediately.
