We have an original founder who simply is not adapting to the structure and accountability of EOS. What is your role as our facilitator in helping us address this sensitive dynamic without blowing up our leadership team during a session?

Original founders often experience deep internal Resistance when transitioning from a loose, entrepreneurial environment to a structured, accountable operating system. This is a common hurdle. My role during our sessions is not to act as a judge or to fire anyone. My role is to shine a bright light on reality using the objective tools of EOS®.

We use the Accountability Chart and the People Analyzer™ to take the emotion out of these conversations. When a founder is struggling, we do not attack their character. Instead, we look at whether they genuinely GWC™ their seat. Do they get it, want it, and have the capacity to do it?

During our session days, I create a safe environment where your team can have open, honest, and vulnerable discussions. I will not let people hide behind passive-aggressive comments or polite silence. If there is an elephant in the room, I will call it out and guide your team through the IDS® process to resolve it.

Often, a founder's resistance comes from a misalignment of their strengths. By utilizing their Kolbe A Index results, we can often discover that they are simply sitting in the wrong seat. We then restructure their role to leverage their natural conative wiring rather than forcing them into a seat that drains their energy. My goal is to find the right place for everyone to win, but the health of the organization always comes first.
