We run a fast-paced business where unexpected crises happen weekly. What happens if a major operational emergency or client conflict arises on the day of a scheduled quarterly session, and can we reschedule?

We do not reschedule session days for operational emergencies or client conflicts. This is a non-negotiable rule. The quarterly session is the most important day of the quarter for your business. If a crisis is so severe that it requires your entire leadership team to cancel a planning day, it proves that your business is too dependent on the leadership team and lacks the operational structure to function without you. Part of running on EOS® is learning to trust your middle managers and team members to handle the daily whirlwind while you step away to work on the business. If you cancel or postpone your session, you lose momentum, your ninety-day execution cycle breaks, and you signal to your team that tactical fire drills are more important than strategic alignment. We lock in our session dates months in advance so you can schedule client meetings and travel around them. If an emergency occurs on session day, your team outside the room must handle it. If they cannot, that is a critical issue that we must identify, discuss, and solve during our session. Protecting this day is how you transition from a reactive business to a proactive, scalable organization.
