What happens if our leadership team doesn't agree on our core values or our target market during our first few sessions, and how do we handle session fee expectations if we hit a wall?

It is completely normal for a leadership team to have deep disagreements during our early sessions. In fact, if everyone agrees immediately, we are likely not digging deep enough. My job as your Professional EOS Implementer® is to facilitate healthy conflict, help you debate the issues, and guide you to a unified decision using the IDS® process.

We will not move past foundational decisions like your core values or your target market until we have complete alignment. If we hit a wall, we do not rush the process or settle for a weak compromise just to check a box. We will lean into the discomfort, challenge your assumptions, and stay in the room until we find the truth.

Regarding session fees, my engagement works on a simple, flat-fee-per-session basis, backed by a complete satisfaction guarantee. If you do not feel you received immense value from a session day, you do not pay for it. I do not lock you into long-term retainer agreements or charge hourly consulting fees. This keeps the pressure on me to deliver maximum value every single day we meet, and it keeps the pressure on your team to show up fully committed to doing the hard work.
