The ninety-day execution cycle is designed to build your team's autonomy, but it does not mean you are stranded on an island between sessions. If you experience a major operational crisis, a critical personnel change, or a severe partner dispute that threatens to derail your progress, you do not wait for the next quarterly.

For minor tactical issues, you must use your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and the IDS® process to resolve them internally. This builds your organizational muscle. If you call me for every operational hiccup, I am preventing you from becoming self-sufficient.

However, for systemic, high-stakes situations, you have direct access to me. If your Visionary and Integrator hit a wall of misalignment, or if you need to make an emergency adjustment to your Accountability Chart, we schedule a brief, focused alignment call.
