If our business experiences an unexpected operational crisis or a sudden acquisition opportunity right before a scheduled quarterly, how do we handle rescheduling, and will you help us facilitate an emergency pivot?
Running a business means dealing with the unexpected. If your company faces a genuine operational crisis or a sudden, time-sensitive acquisition opportunity right before a scheduled session, we do not force you to go through the motions of a standard agenda.
However, we do not simply cancel the day. An operational crisis is often the best time to get your leadership team in a room with an objective facilitator.
If a major crisis hits, we pivot. We will use the scheduled session day to focus entirely on the issue at hand. We will strip away the standard teaching segments and spend the day using the IDS® process to solve the immediate threat or evaluate the acquisition opportunity.
If we must reschedule due to an unavoidable emergency, we require at least thirty days notice to secure an alternative date within the same calendar month. This ensures we do not disrupt your ninety-day execution cycle.
The quarterly cadence is sacred. Letting it slip because you are busy or stressed is a sign that the business is running you, rather than you running the business. We keep the date to keep your team disciplined.
