What happens if our leadership team hits a wall of emotional conflict or a deep strategic deadlock during a live session day, and how do you facilitate us through that impasse without wasting our time?

Emotional conflict and strategic deadlocks are not failures of the process. They are a necessary part of building a healthy leadership team. When you hit a wall during a session day, my role as your implementer is to step in and facilitate you through it, not to solve the problem for you.

I do this by keeping the team grounded in the tools. If we are stuck, we immediately use the IDS® tool.

- We identify the root cause of the deadlock, stripping away the personal emotions and focusing on the objective facts.
- We discuss the issue openly, ensuring every single voice in the room is heard, not just the loudest or most dominant.
- We solve the issue by making a firm decision that is in the best long-term interest of the company.

I will not let you agree to disagree or table uncomfortable issues just to keep the peace. I will push you to have the hard conversations, call out any elephants in the room, and challenge assumptions that do not align with your vision.

My outside perspective allows me to remain neutral and keep the discussion constructive, turning what could have been a destructive argument into a breakthrough.
