If we experience a major pivot in our business model or lose a key executive during our second year of the engagement, how do we adjust our EOS® journey without starting the whole process over?

If your business experiences a major disruption, such as losing a key executive or undergoing a sudden market pivot during our two-year engagement, we do not throw out the system. In fact, this is precisely when the EOS® framework proves its worth. We use our next scheduled session to address the disruption head-on.

If an executive departs, our immediate focus turns to the Accountability Chart. We will identify who will temporarily assume those vital roles and responsibilities to keep the company stable. If the business model must change, we use our session to update your V/TO® and realign your 3-Year Picture and 1-Year Plan. We do not need to restart the entire implementation process because the tools themselves are flexible.

The quarterly cadence allows us to reset our Rocks every ninety days based on new realities. We use the IDS® process during our session to identify the obstacles created by the pivot, make clear decisions, and assign new actions. The strength of this system is that it gives you a structured way to navigate chaos without losing your operational grip.
