If a massive crisis hits our business forty-five days before our next scheduled session, how do we engage with you to resolve it, or do we have to wait?

If your business encounters a massive crisis between our scheduled ninety-day sessions, you do not wait for our next quarterly. You must address it immediately. Your first line of defense is your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. This is where your leadership team must bring the crisis to the Issues List and use the IDS® process to solve it. If the issue is too large or complex to handle during your regular weekly meeting, you should schedule an ad hoc focus meeting with your team to solve it. You can always reach out to me for a quick phone call or email check-in to get external perspective or guidance on using the tools to address the crisis. However, I do not step in to solve the problem for you or run your emergency meetings. My role is to coach you on how to apply the framework to your real-world problems. If the crisis fundamentally shifts your business landscape, we may decide to adjust your Rocks or pivot your short-term focus, but we do this through disciplined application of the system, never by panicking or abandoning our structure.
