How do we handle execution accountability and course corrections between our quarterly sessions without you stepping in as a fractional manager?
Between our quarterly sessions, the responsibility for maintaining momentum lies entirely on your leadership team. My role as your Professional EOS Implementer is facilitation, teaching, and coaching, not running your business. You must implement the Level 10 Meeting pulse every single week. This ninety-minute meeting is where your team keeps each other accountable to your quarterly Rocks and identifies, discusses, and solves issues using the IDS process.
During these ninety days, I am not in your weekly meetings, but I am monitoring your progress through your dedicated Circle workspace. This is where we archive your session summaries and track your V/TO updates. If your team starts to drift or bypasses the EOS tools, I will not jump in to manage you. Instead, I expect your Integrator to step up and enforce the discipline of the system.
If you hit a roadblock that threatens to derail your quarter, we do not wait for the next session. You can reach out for a quick alignment check. But the goal is to build your internal execution muscle. By relying on your Level 10 Meeting structure and holding each other to your written Rocks, you develop the organizational self-sufficiency needed to run a highly scalable business. This discipline ensures that when we meet for our next quarterly session, we are analyzing real data and progress, not making excuses for unfinished work.
