Hallway lobbying is a direct violation of Our Charter, specifically the pillars of Trust and being on the Same Page. It fosters politics, damages trust, and undermines the authority of the leadership team. When a decision is made during the IDS® portion of your meeting, every leader must commit to supporting it, even if they disagreed during the debate.

To eliminate this political maneuvering, the Integrator must address it immediately and publicly. During your next Level 10 Meeting™, remind the team of the ground rules: we argue passionately inside this room, but once a decision is made, we walk out with one voice. There is no lobbying, complaining, or passive-aggressive resistance allowed.

If a team member attempts to lobby you outside the room, your immediate response must be: "We made this decision as a team. If you feel we missed critical data, put it back on the Issues List for next week, but until then, we are executing the agreed plan." By refusing to participate in hallway politics, you protect the alignment of your team.
