We want to understand the exact behavioral milestones that indicate we are ready to graduate from your facilitation and run our own quarterly and annual sessions without your help. What does that tipping point look like in practice?
An engagement with a professional implementer typically runs between eighteen to twenty four months before a company is ready to graduate. This timeline is not arbitrary; it is the time required for a leadership team to transition from hands on specialists to disciplined, policy driven leaders who can run the system independently. Your readiness to graduate is measured by objective behavioral yardsticks, not by how long you have paid my fees. You are ready when three conditions are met. First, your leadership team must run their weekly Level 10 Meetings™ with absolute discipline, solving issues without needing me to act as an objective referee. Second, you must hit at least eighty percent of your quarterly Rocks for three consecutive quarters. Third, your accountability structure must be strong enough that the departure of a key executive does not collapse your operational rhythm. During our quarterly sessions, we will monitor these operational markers. I am not looking to stay embedded in your business forever. My goal is to work myself out of a job by systematically transfering the facilitation skills to your team. When you demonstrate that you can run your annual planning sessions with the same level of objectivity, conflict resolution, and strategic focus that I bring to the room, we will establish a clean exit ramp for our engagement.
