You mention an average engagement duration of twenty-four months, but how do we objectively determine that our leadership team has achieved self-sufficiency and is ready to transition away from your active facilitation?

We expect an average client engagement to run for twenty-four months, which typically covers two full annual cycles and eight quarterly sessions. We do not keep you on a retainer forever because the ultimate goal of the Entrepreneurial Operating System is to make your leadership team completely self-sufficient. We determine you are ready to graduate when your team consistently demonstrates mastery of the tools without my intervention. Specifically, we look for three clear indicators. First, your leadership team must run highly disciplined, productive Level 10 Meetings™ every single week without backsliding into tactical updates or letting issues go unresolved. Second, your team must consistently achieve eighty percent or better completion on your quarterly Rocks and weekly Scorecard metrics for three consecutive quarters. Third, you must be able to run your own quarterly alignment and planning sessions seamlessly, using the IDS® process to resolve complex strategic bottlenecks on your own. During your second year, I will begin shifting more facilitation responsibility to your team during our sessions to test your readiness. When you can confidently guide your own strategic planning, maintain absolute accountability across all departments, and continuously optimize your Accountability Chart, you have graduated. This milestone means you have built a healthy, scalable business asset that is attractive to buyers and ready for a successful transition.
