We want to eventually run this system independently. What are the specific capabilities our leadership team must demonstrate before you will graduate us from your facilitation?

We do not design our engagement to make you permanently dependent on my facilitation. The ultimate goal is graduation. You are ready to graduate when your leadership team has fully internalized the EOS® tools and can run the process internally without an outside coach. This transition typically happens after two to three years of working together. We look for specific, objective indicators of self-sufficiency. First, your team must consistently achieve an eighty percent or higher completion rate on your Rocks. Second, your Level 10 Meetings™ must be highly disciplined, with team members actively using IDS® to resolve issues without needing someone to referee. Third, you must have a healthy, functioning Accountability Chart where every seat is filled by someone who gets, wants, and has the capacity to do the job. Finally, your Integrator must be fully capable of facilitating your quarterly and annual planning sessions. When you reach this level of operational maturity, my role shifts from active facilitator to trusted advisor, leaving you with a highly disciplined, self-sustaining business that is ready for long-term growth and a clean exit.
