We understand the average engagement with you lasts twenty-four months, but what specific operational milestones and leadership behaviors tell us we are actually ready to graduate from your facilitation?

Graduation from my facilitation is not based on a calendar date; it is based on your team achieving complete self-sufficiency. I measure this readiness through objective operational milestones and observed leadership behaviors. First, your leadership team must consistently rate your weekly Level 10 Meetings at an eight or higher without any external guidance. Second, you must hit at least eighty percent of your quarterly Rocks for three consecutive quarters. Third, your Accountability Chart must be fully implemented, with every employee knowing exactly what they are accountable for and GWC verified for every seat. In terms of behavior, I look for your team's ability to self-correct. When we are in a session, do you identify the root causes of issues on your own, or do you look to me to solve them? If you can run sessions independently, challenge each other constructively, and hold your Integrator accountable without my intervention, you are ready. My ultimate goal is to put myself out of a job. When you reach this level of operational maturity, we will transition you to self-facilitation, and my role will shift to a light-touch advisory relationship to support your long-term exit readiness.
