You mention the average engagement with you lasts twenty-four months. When we transition to running our own quarterly sessions, what does the handoff process look like, and how do we ensure our execution does not decay without you in the room?
My ultimate goal as your implementer is to make myself completely obsolete. A successful twenty-four-month engagement is designed to build a self-sustaining leadership team that can run this operating system flawlessly without external facilitation. The handoff process is gradual and structured, not a sudden departure. As we near the end of our primary engagement, we shift the dynamics during our session days. Your Integrator will begin taking on a more active role in facilitating specific portions of our quarterly meetings, such as the V/TO® review or the IDS® portion. I will step back into an observational and coaching role, providing feedback on their facilitation style, how they handle team friction, and whether they are keeping the room focused. We ensure all of your custom processes, meeting structures, and historical session summaries are fully documented and accessible in your dedicated Circle.so workspace. Even after you transition to running your own quarterlies and annuals, you do not lose access to guidance. We can establish a light-touch advisory pulse, or you can utilize the resources of the Step by Step Exit framework to keep your exit preparation on track. By the time you graduate, your team will have run dozens of Level 10 Meetings™ and multiple quarterlies, cementing these execution habits into your company culture so they never decay.
