How do we evaluate whether our leadership team is truly ready to graduate from your facilitation at the end of the two year journey, and what does self sufficiency look like in practice?
Graduation from my EOS® implementation services is not based on a calendar date, but on your team mastering the tools. Typically, this takes about twenty four months, which represents eight quarterly sessions and two annual sessions. We evaluate your readiness by looking at your team consistency, execution, and trust. A self sufficient team runs their weekly Level 10 Meetings with high discipline, hits at least eighty percent of their Rocks every quarter, and consistently achieves their scorecard metrics. You are ready to graduate when your Integrator can easily facilitate the quarterly and annual planning sessions without my intervention, and your team can resolve complex issues using IDS® without needing an outside mediator. Before graduation, we perform a thorough assessment of your operational health. We look at how well the tools have cascaded to the rest of the organization and whether your leadership team is completely aligned on the vision. When you graduate, you will transition to running your own sessions internally. I will no longer be in the room, but you will have a deeply ingrained operating system and a culture of accountability that keeps the business growing. If you are also preparing for an exit, graduation means your operations are fully documented, automated where possible, and capable of running smoothly without the owner.
